This is my promise

and I know I don't have to do it, but this situation isn't worth loosing people I like over.

I'm going to continue to not be around like I have been in the past. Some journal entries I won't respond to, some I won't even look at. It's to keep myself from getting all pissy and passive aggressive or whatever.

I haven't done episode recaps for the last 2 episodes of Hawaii Five-0 because I don't want to always point out the negative, and no one wants to continually read negative. Will I go back to doing my recaps? Not for the rest of this season. Who knows what next season will be like.

It's just, there's certain stuff I'd rather not see or read, but that only accounts for like 1% because the other 99% I'm genuinely interested in, and that should count for something, right?

But if not, well then, I'll see you when I see you...or not.

Hey BB. I've missed you. I'm sorry you feel like you have to leave Fandom to stay sane. Not that I can't relate. Mostly I intentionally avoid the negativity. I still love our show and no one has the power to change that.

I hope you'll update on your RL periodically. I worry, I admit. About you. About how you are coping.

Other than fandom drama, I'm doing well. I have a few people helping me on the job search front (they give me more credit than I'm worth by sending me job listings for jobs I'm in no way qualified for, but they said it doesn't hurt to apply)

I'm still enjoying the show and so looking forward to the new episode on Monday. Behaving myself and staying away from all spoilers until the end of the season.
