Mar. 10th, 2021 05:14 amI ordered something from Amazon on Feb 26. According to Amazon, it was shipped March 1 with delivery happening between March 3-March 9. I never got a tracking number but all I know is that it was being delivered by FedEx.
Well, yesterday was March 9 and I contacted them a few hours ago asking for a tracking number so I could see where it was at.
This company tried to tell me it was delivered March 1. No it wasn't. How was it delivered before Amazon could tell me it was shipped?
So I tell them that Amazon told it it shipped on March 2 with delivering happening between March 3-March 9 and for them to investigate this further or give me a tracking number so I can investigate.
If I still don't get a tracking number from them, I'm demanding my money back!
