simplyn2deepSteve and Catherine were together for a long time and Steve was going to propose, but then Catherine drops off the face of the earth and then finally calls him and is like “yo, I don’t want anything to do with you. Stop calling me.” Then months later she shows up and oops, she’s pregnant and Steve is the father…but Catherine’s been naughty and was fooling around with one of Steve’s former Navy SEAL buddies (Nick Taylor) and he could be the father…
Then there’s Danny, Rachel and Mary really sticking by Steve trying to help him through all of this and Danny and Steve kind of hook up, but they’re taking things like really slow because OMG, Steve might be a daddy! and he might freak out about that.
And other stuff happens that I’m still working on.
And this isn’t my fic for Spring Fling. The SFF doesn’t have Catherine or Nick, but there is a mention of a former Navy buddy of Steve’s.
