What does Denning call Steve?

does he refer to him as Commander, Lt. Commander or McGarrett?

I keep wanting him to call Steve Commander, but that isn't Steve's title.

as a side note, this song I'm listening to has given me a brilliant (IMO) idea for a fic

eta also need a beta for a piece that's under 500 words...if anyone would be willing...

The only time I recall hearing the Governor call him anything, it was Commander, and his secretary calls him Commander McGarrett too.

He calls him "Commander" or "Commander McGarrett." "Commander" is an appropriate and commonly used address for a Lt. Commander, as far as I am aware.
