simplyn2deepwas at the grocery store and looked through the reusable bags they had for sale. I saw something purple and thought of my dad. I would get a bunch of his favorite snack foods and drinks and put them in the bag for Christmas. But when I looked at this purple handled bag, it was Hawaiian. Oh so by now you all know me. HAWAII FIVE-0! That bag is mine despite it being purple handled lol.

The bag I got for my dad is Star Wars. He's likes the movies well enough, but I'm sure not enough to keep the bag. He'll probably put it in the kitchen to use when we go grocery shopping - if he remembers.
For my mom, there wasn't a bag I thought she'd like, so I'm going to put her snack foods/drinks in the bag with my dad's things.

1 medium bag of dark chocolate M & M's
1 box of oatmeal sandwich cookies
1 "Mom's Manager" wall calendar (they can use it to put their appointments on)
I figured they'd share it.
Picked up the anniversary cake for the Pastor & his wife. They've been married 52 years! After tomorrow's church service, we're going to have cake and coffee
Also picked up the flowers we ordered last week. The arrangements are nice, but the pine decoration had me sneezing up a storm and I have a bit of a headache from that.

Date: 2011-12-25 05:29 am (UTC)I looked, but not well enough, to see if they had the same bag, but with a pink handle. I didn't see one. from this store I also got my cowgirl bag (around Easter time I think)
I can't believe it took 3 tries to upload that video. I don't know why PB & FB kept stalling on me, but YT zipped right through.
