that's how long I had to wait for someone from the gas company to get to the church to light to heater pilots.

I wish they would have given me options...like 7-noon or 3-8 to choose from. I would have GLADLY chosen 3-8 so that I could sleep and get food*





*I did get food from the corner store. chips, soda and candy. enough to hold me until dinner...or another round of snacking later tonight.

yup. then I got attitude from the guy. After about 5 minutes I asked for his name & ID number and said that I'd be calling his supervisors. yeah...he shaped up after that.

Sounds like what I would have done if that happened! Waiting that long and having to deal with attitude is not the way to spend the day.

I still called his supervisor. not only to complain about him but to complain about their automated appointment scheduler they have.

and I was so annoyed about having to wait, I couldn't get into my "groove" to write or do graphics and I brought my stuff with me too!

I'm glad you called to complain though. What kind of company leaves that big of a window? Seriously, all day!?
