I wonder if his episodes have already been filmed. He's cast as the IA officer handling Kono's investigation. On the 10th (I think) they had just shot episode 4 (or were in the process of shooting it).

Sizemore arrested on battery warrant

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Los Angeles police say they have arrested actor Tom Sizemore on an outstanding warrant for misdemeanor battery.

Officer Rosario Herrera says the 49-year-old was arrested early Tuesday. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department website says Sizemore has posted $26,000 bail and has been released.

A phone message left for his agent, Cynthia Booth, was not immediately returned.

Sizemore, who appeared in "Black Hawk Down" and "Saving Private Ryan," has had a string of drug-related arrests in recent years. He was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.

I think that's the least of his worries. Besides, they probably already filmed it or will find a replacement.

If his episode was 2-4, it's already been filmed. If its later, they may find a replacement. I've seen quite a few ppl on twitter voice their concern over him still being associated with the show bc of this and I haven't seen any press release or article saying anything abt it from CBS/Hawaii Five-0 production
