It's not earth-shattering devastating, but I'm still in this what about me?! phase (plight of being the youngest child and still living at home?)

You're allowed to think and feel whatever you think and feel. It doesn't make you a horrible person. It just means you are human and need time to adjust to things that have turned your life upside down.
