Summary: Nothing like a little late night bonding between partners

After the case had been solved, the plates and cups tossed from their late night watching Steve’s old football games, the team now had a name – Five-0.
Danny and Steve were the last ones in the empty office, wasting time, not really wanting to go back to their respective empty homes.
“So…you talk to Gracie about me a lot?” Steve asked with a smirk.
Danny shook his head and gave a chuckle. “Still going on about that, are you?”
“I just find it interesting that you talk to your daughter about me,” Steve replied. “Of all the topics in the world, you choose lil’ ole me.”
Danny reached for a nearby balled up towel and threw it at Steve. “I will not stroke your ego any more than it already has been stroked, McGarrett.”
Steve’s smirk turns into a full on grin as he easily dodged the trash that was headed his direction.
