I ordered something from Amazon on Feb 26. According to Amazon, it was shipped March 1 with delivery happening between March 3-March 9. I never got a tracking number but all I know is that it was being delivered by FedEx.

Well, yesterday was March 9 and I contacted them a few hours ago asking for a tracking number so I could see where it was at.

This company tried to tell me it was delivered March 1. No it wasn't. How was it delivered before Amazon could tell me it was shipped?

So I tell them that Amazon told it it shipped on March 2 with delivering happening between March 3-March 9 and for them to investigate this further or give me a tracking number so I can investigate.

If I still don't get a tracking number from them, I'm demanding my money back!

Omg! Finally got it sorted!

I asked this 3rd party seller through Amazon for a tracking number for my order THREE TIMES! twice they claimed was delivered on March 1, which is a day before Amazon said it was shipped, but when I put in for a refund, suddenly I have to wait 3 days before requesting one.

Well which is it? Was it delivered on March 1, which today marks more than 3 days, or is it still in transit?

I finally contacted Amazon customer service, spoke with a real person and got a tracking number. I was told that the package was delayed and to wait at least 72 hours.

And wow. I check the site and sure enough, there was a delivery attempt on March 1. I need to contact the shipping company about it.
