THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS!
Oct. 8th, 2014 08:20 amOnly with tumblr, yes it is! So instead of going back to sleep like I said I was on twitter, I played around tumblr on my RP account. There's a What if... scenario meme that I came across where people leave what if scenarios based on your character's history.
(Tumblr is also where my "sudden" obsession with Mary/Matt happened, but that's not the point)
The What if... scenario that came to my mind was for Matt Williams. But it was too good to leave in the confines of tumblr/RP-land.
What if the SEC/FBI caught Matt before he went to Hawaii and got him to go undercover with the drug cartel as a plea agreement.
AND!!! it could also play into why Marco Reyes is in Hawaii - instead of wanting the $18.5 million that Matt took, he's after Matt himself, but he's saying it's the money.
Also unsure as to if Danny knows all about it (ie the FBI cue him and Steve in on things when their cover is blown at the hotel) or he really believes his brother is laundering money for the cartel.
I may or may not be working on that more. I know a few fanfic writers who I feel could do a hell of a lot better with it that I can, but I know their writing plates are full, and there's no telling if something like that would even be of interest to them.
