what's that emotion

if a fic you edit gets more comments/kudos than something you wrote, how does that make you feel?

I'm confused and yeah, a tad bit jealous.

but I guess it's really a testament to how good their story is, but then that still doesn't make me feel any better.

can someone please motivate me

I have a couple of fics coming due...and I haven't worked on them (much) yet.

h50_holidayswap fic is due sometime in December

8,000 word rough draft for mpregbigbang is due December 3rd.

I want to write. Really I do. but i think the current state of my room is messing with my ability to write.

well...for h50_holidayswap fic...I got the mother of all ideas, changed the topic, did some reading/research, and in the last hour I've outlined the first half of the fic and written it - the first half that is!
