tell me what makes more sense:

1) loading up all the dirty clothes and going to a laundromat to wash/dry clothes - it's cheaper and can do more loads at one time

or

2) using the washer/dryer at the complex where you live and washing 1 or 2 loads at a time, AND SPENDING MORE MONEY.

It costs $1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry on my side. across the driveway, it's $1.25 to wash and $0.75 to dry.

At the laundromat I can use a jumbo washer (and fit twice as much clothes in it) for $2.00 and at the most $0.50 to dry (depending on how thick the clothing is) and I get done faster. 2 hours tops for all the dirty clothes, vs 1.5 hours to wash and dry ONE LOAD at the apartment!

my parents are giving me shit about wanting to go to the laundromat (I do have to ask to use the car because it's theirs) and they can stay here and clean out the garage.

so I said fuck it and put a load of clothes in the wash here. but if my mom suddenly decides she wants to go to the laundromat, I'm going to throw something!
