Everyone has a speaking part, but Scott and Masi.
In fact, it wasn't until I watched the video on youtube, that I realized Masi was actually IN the photo. I mean, he was there giving some BTS pics along with DDK but it never really dawned on me that 1. Masi would be in the picture and 2. if he wasn't in the picture, why was he there?
Like I'd been saying on twitter, don't jump to conclusion about what's seen. It's likely only a small percentage and even then, there's STILL stuff that we don't see.
So yes. New promo pictures and it features ALL THE REGULAR CHARACTERS! Last time we had that was season 1!
