“*Pale ‘la” – While Five-0 investigates the murder of a real estate agent whose body was found in the walls of one of his listings, Danny is thrown when his mother comes to Oahu with shocking news, on HAWAII FIVE-0, Friday, Feb. 28 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

And...Danny's mom's name is Clara Williams. Looking at the promo stills, she doesn't look like a Clara to me, and by the end of the season we'll also know Danny's father's name.

it's a nod to the original H5O. Aunt Clara was Danny Williams' Aunt played by James MacArthur's Mother Helen Hayes
Also, Daryl Hannah is back this episode. If you remember back in episode 4.07 (the one where Mary shows up with Joan), Daryl Hannah's character was the real estate agent who hit on Danny at the apartment.
