question for mpreg writers

I'm editing a mpreg fic and was wondering...would a man go to an OB/GYN?

My thinking would be that the pregnant man would just see an obstetrician.

You are correct. A gynecologist is for female health and an OB is for pregnancy.

My doc when I was pregnant with my son was both; some Gynecologists are also OB's, so he can be going to the doc for the obstetric end of it.
