simplyn2deepas I've been beta reading a lot more fics, I've noticed something that annoys me a bit (yes, I'm adding it to my list of things that fanfic authors do that annoy me). When Danny is written, he goes from "normal" to ranting at Steve, or at least it's written that.
Like Steve will ask Danny a simple question, then BAM! Danny is off and ranting (and also giving his answer to whatever question was asked).
Best friend or not, I wouldn't want to talk with someone who's default speaking habit (with me) was full on rant.
I also stopped following like 3 fics because it's more of a chore than pleasure to read them. maybe I'll pick up where I left off when the fics are finished.

Date: 2012-09-06 01:18 am (UTC)GUILTY! But I will say that after 25 years in Fort Lauderdale I still refer to it as Hell on Earth, especially during the summer months. Although on a side note, I try, at some point, to have him admit its not so bad (and yes, I do the same damn thing in RL LOL).
