Wheels for June 30th!

WE GOT THE CAR BACK!

my dad started the "good" car up today at the mechanic and it runs beautifully! the mechanic took it for a drive and there were no problems.

My mom told my dad he HAD to wash it off before bringing it home, so that's what he's doing.

tomorrow we'll either take 2 cars to church or my dad will take the bus like he has been for the last 3 Sundays (he leads the adult Sunday school class)

so yay car!

Why's he possibly taking the bus? Would he have to be there earlier than you would normally go?

my dad is suddnely on this "I have to be on time" thing and my mom and I take too long to get ready. we try not to drink the older car too much bc it has expired tags, so that means my dad takes the bus while my mom and I take the car to pick up another member.

Ohhh, yes. I know that one. My dad takes off without me, honks the horn, and calls the house phone to get me moving. Oy.

It takes me like 10 mins tops to get ready but I always end up sitting around bored off my ass, so I waited. then apparently that turned into me taking too long to get ready. My mom on the other hand, does take a long time
