simplyn2deepKaiser is coming off rather desperate. they've sent me numerous "Second Notice" letters to get me to get health insurance from them.
I'm sorry, you're affordable plans, just aren't that affordable for me. I barely make $400 a month and all the insurance plans I've seen are almost half of that.
