1. I thought today was 5/20, despite putting 5/21 (the correct date) on everything I've had to put a date on
2a. my (mom's) Lane Bryant bill was due 5/20 and I thought it was 5/21, so that's my bad.
2b. I get home and pay the bill online, still thinking it was 5/20 and the bill was going to be paid today, only to realize it's actually 5/21 so the bill is already late.
2c. on hold with Lane Bryant so long that any payment I made was now 2 days late instead of 1 day. UGH!

I'm just so pissed off.

and I am a bit pissed with the Lane Bryant customer service. On hold for nearly 30 minutes with no recording suggesting a less busy time to call or whatever.

That's crazy being on hold for that long! Don't blame you at all about being pissed off about that!

Went shopping at Lane Bryant this weekend and come home with two skirts, two pairs of pants (needed them for work) and a watch. I have such a hard time finding petite pants in my size and I can usally find them there.

the only reason I called them was because I needed to cancel the online payment that I set up, but then they kept me on the phone so long that by the time I could do the correct payment, it was "too late" for it to be posted tomorrow making it 2 days late.
