so I'm thinking about dipping into my refund to get an Angels mini-plan of tickets. But as I'm looking at the plans, they're far too expensive - cheapest one is $150 for 10 games (that would be 5 games Lora and I could go to). I knew I should have renewed my Freedom Plan when they called me earlier this year! I don't see an option for that anymore on the website :(

Lora put in for the suite drawing her company has *fingers crossed we get that again*

Looks like we'll have to buy individual tickets this season...which means we might not get to go to as many games as we did last season.

so bummed. I just really want to go to a baseball game. Going to the baseball games made 2011 so much fun for me.

I love baseball! I used to go see the Mets when I lived in NJ. That was when they didn't totally suck. Now the closest team is the Atlanta Braves and the Mets fan in me just cannot root for them!! I hope you get to see lots and lots of games! Few things are better than in person baseball!!!

last season I went to 7 or 8 games - including a preseason game and thank you vouchers for going to a timeshare presentation

"I've never been to a professional baseball game". (sorry I had to...). But I'm Definitely going to try and go to one in August! It's near the business end of the season yes? What city are you in? I'd totally go to a game with you!

Here sports is expensive to go to which is stupid considering my country's reputation as being sport obsessed. $15/ticket is a freaking bargain to me haha.

lol!! you don't know what you're missing!

The closest team to me are the Los Angeles Dodgers, but I don't like them, so I only go to Los Angeles Anaheim Angeles games. The stadium is not even 10 minutes from Disneyland.

When I buy individual tickets, I buy from season ticket holders who want to sell their tickets for a particular game. $10 for $50 seats...you can't beat that.

If you are flexible on which games you go to, Stubhub is a *great* place to get cheap tickets. I tend to use it to get tickets for our group outings of 20+. Sometimes I can get the tickets under $5 each, just takes a little planning.

That's what I usually use when I want to get last minute tickets and I don't mind sitting way up in the 400s or 500s
