what's up with that?

a few of the alerts I've gotten from AO3 aren't appearing on this page. and I'm positive they are fics that should be there. This also means I have to rack my brain trying to remember the author, go to the author's page and find the fic (if I didn't bookmark it or mark it to read later).

In other news...working on a 4 part Christmas fic that I hope to finish and post over the coming days...and the plan is have it posted by Christmas Eve, but no later than December 26th.

so nervous

I'm rather nervous about my h50_holidayswap fic.

every time I hope it, I end up ADDING to it. Nothing wrong with that, as I'm not taking away from it.

At some point (before December 17th), I need to bite the bullet, find a beta and send it off to be checked over.

Though what I really should do is make a story cover for it...like I said I would a few weeks ago. I haven't even looked for the pictures I want to use, but I have an idea, so that's something, right?

hmmm interesting

so I'm cleaning up my amazon wishlist (something I should have done before now) and I noticed someone bought a movie off my wishlist. I'm curious as to who it was, because very few people know/remember that I still have one. I don't bother to give it out anymore because no one really gets anything for me off of it.

everybody hates Jersey

my dad is listening to All in the Family, I can't stand the show, but it's on and I hear it and this little exchange just makes me laugh because I think of a conversation between Danny & Steve.

I don't know the whole back story or whatever, but the bits and pieces are this

Archie: move to Jersey
Michael: I hate Jersey
Archie: everybody hates Jersey

clearly that exchange about Jersey wouldn't happen between Steve & Danny, but maybe about pineapple or the beach or surfing. sure that conversation would happen lol
