initially it's my own fault

1. I thought today was 5/20, despite putting 5/21 (the correct date) on everything I've had to put a date on
2a. my (mom's) Lane Bryant bill was due 5/20 and I thought it was 5/21, so that's my bad.
2b. I get home and pay the bill online, still thinking it was 5/20 and the bill was going to be paid today, only to realize it's actually 5/21 so the bill is already late.
2c. on hold with Lane Bryant so long that any payment I made was now 2 days late instead of 1 day. UGH!

I'm just so pissed off.

I need to get more dress pants, but I usually get mine from ross or marshalls. I keep my lane bryant shopping to once or twice a year for holidays.
