Episode: post 2x23 Ua Hala (Death in the Family)

Summary: What’s a man to do when he’s torn in 2 different directions
Review of Episode // Episode Fic: fic under cut
With Malia and Kono both fighting for their lives, Chin is torn in two different directions.
Does he rush to his wife’s aid?
Does he hop a speed boat and go after Kono?
He sends a prayer heavenward that he’s going the right thing and takes off. If he could be in two places, he would.

He splits his time in the hospital between the two rooms.
Malia is recovering after surgery.
Kono is recovering after being found by a cruise ship; and wasn’t that a great bit of luck.
He’s running on fumes, but knows he has to continue his dual vigils. He has to make sure they’re both okay. He can’t fail either of them again.
